Nick is a great host. Super helpful and responsive. Property is in great condition. Location is close to everything you need during your stay in Haines City. We were there for remote work, however, this would be a great property for the family when going to Disney.

Champions gate neighborhood is super nice. Multiple pool options, nice workout facility & a couple gate entrances for easy access. <br/>House is huge. Arcade games are super fun for all ages. Trick to keeping the spa warm is pushing the button & letting the bubbles warm it up.<br/>Only annoying thing is the alarm/safety system for the back doors to the pool. You have to push a button every 10 seconds the door is open or it beeps a ton. Nick is super responsive & took care of any minor issues we had.
