Had an amazing stay at Nick’s place, the house is huge and made for a really fun home base while visiting the parks. There was only two of us but can see the house would easily accommodate several families together. The house is in a private gated community with plenty of privacy and security. The pool cleaner/maintenance came several days during our stay however never interacted with us directly. The pool is a great size enough to swim lengths and 5ft at the deepest. Location is great next to the highway to drive straight to the parks, with lots of shops and food chains just next to Champions Gate. The house was very clean and we didn’t find any bugs inside the property or outside in the pool. AC works very well too. Would highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved the location of the villa and how quiet Emerald Island was. Prior to checking in, Nick communicated quickly answering questions that we had. During the stay we also had positive interactions with him checking how we getting on and if there were issues, which there wasn’t. The only (ever so slight) downside was that the villa was a little tired in places, however we would return again in a heartbeat. Our entire family had a fantastic stay and knowing that Nick would be able to respond to issues if they arose, which they didn’t, was particularly reassuring. Fantastic holiday and amazing host :-)
