Great house, 20 minutes from Disney, close to grocery stores and lots of food places! Enclosed backyard with private pool and lounge area!!! So spacious; two families & we didn’t even use all the rooms and bathrooms!🥳

I stumbled upon this place at the last minute and I canceled my existing reservation and booked this. It turned out to be the best. My boys were so excited of the pool and it was really clean. The house had all utensils and cutlery to make feel at home. The bathrooms were very clean. I think Nick cares about the house and it shows.

Nick’s place was absolutely beautiful. There were 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a lovely open-concept kitchen, living room, etc. The pool was nice and spacious especially given the townhome. Nick replied quickly, even at midnight, when I had a question about the check in situation. Internet & tv weren’t working properly and made sure to send out a representative by the next day. My Nana and I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying at another property of his again!

Great Home with lots to do. Nick was responsive. AC went out on one of the days at around 8pm. He had someone there at 9:30pm same day to fix it.

We had an awesome time for our five day stay and plan to book again in the future! The house was exactly as described and had everything that we needed - we all felt at home instantly. We especially enjoyed the pool and game room which  we used daily. Our host Nick was very responsive even on a couple minor questions. We highly recommend to other families or groups.
