Nick’s place was absolutely beautiful. There were 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a lovely open-concept kitchen, living room, etc. The pool was nice and spacious especially given the townhome. Nick replied quickly, even at midnight, when I had a question about the check in situation. Internet & tv weren’t working properly and made sure to send out a representative by the next day. My Nana and I had a lovely stay and look forward to staying at another property of his again!

Great Home with lots to do. Nick was responsive. AC went out on one of the days at around 8pm. He had someone there at 9:30pm same day to fix it.

This home was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and described. Our kids loved the rooms and couldn’t stay out of the pool. It was clean and felt very homey. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Nick was very responsive any time I reached out. We did not visit the water park in the neighborhood but it looked like fun. I see reviews about it being noisy in the neighborhood, but honestly, it wasnt bad. A few people were playing music late at night but you could barely hear it when inside the house. Didn’t stop any of us from sleeping. The neighborhood is gated with security and felt very safe. Grocery store and other stores right across the street and a Walmart only a few minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again if ever visiting the area. Great home. Great host.

Loved the house! The location was perfect — close to everything while still feeling relaxed and easy. The host was very responsive from start to finish, which made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. The home was clean, super spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a highlight — such a great spot to hang out and unwind. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Family and I had a wonderful stay and Nick was a pleasant host. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out or be together. The community was pleasant and inviting. It is conveniently located to many stores, restaurants and theme parks. We as a family recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful house in a very secure gated community. Great place to stay with kids; plenty to do at the resort. We had a peaceful stay; highly recommend!

The property was clean, well presented, secure and worked as a great hub for our planned activities. (Cheer competition, Disney parks, Gatorland, Discovery Coven and Seaworld) Most are reachable within 35 minute drive and despite Google Maps suggesting lots of traffic along i4, it was not as bad as reported. Thanks Nick!

Good size home. We had enough space for everyone and didn’t feel crowded. The resort had plenty to do and the swimming area was fun with the kiddos.

Beautiful, clean condo in a well kept gated community. Home had majority of what a family needs from beach chairs to towels, they have it!A few doors were wonky assuming this is from the ocean & salt.This would be an absolute 5 star plus rating if we unfortunately didn't lose all access to water in the building for majority of our 1st day, still have no idea why.Good communication for the most part.Bed linens were not clean but there was additional bedding to change the bed.Overall a beautiful place to spend a week.Thank you!

Our family vacation was superb. We had an amazing time in this house. We had a large party of 25 guests and the kids favorite spots were the game room, theatre and pool. This location was convenient to parks and shopping areas. The check-in process was easy and even when I had to add a surprise guest, Nick answered the phone and helped me right away after 11pm. Very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house, but don’t be late with checking out. Upon getting prepared to check out, we were met with the cleaning crew 15 minutes ahead of time who was visibly frustrated that we were not out out of the house. He stood across the street from us with his arms folded staring at us as if we were being evicted (lol). It was funny to see, but just know 10 o’clock means 10 o’clock not a second after on checkout. Overall, an amazing time and experience.

We had a few minor issues with our stay, but I do recommend this place and I would stay here again. The house looks just like the pictures and the place was clean.  We did pay to have the pool heated, but when we arrive, the pool was cold and the pool had algae. I contacted the host who quickly responded, but a service technician did not come out until two days later.  The pool was cleaned, but at that point we no longer needed the pool heated therefore, I cannot comment if the heating issue was resolved. It did take a few messages to the host to refund the pool heating cost, however it was refunded after checkout. The dishwasher has a leak and we notified the host after checkout.  Nick noted a technician would be sent.  There is a  foul smell coming from the washer.   The host said to run the washer with soap, but no clothes for one cycle.  We did this, but the smell did not go away. I did wash a load of clothes and the clothes were cleaned.

This place more than met our expectations . The house had so many thoughtful little extras to make sure our stay would be comfortable . From a well stocked game room with little toys for the pool, umbrellas , laundry baskets , fans and desks in every room , a full size mirror in the master downstairs, it was perfect for our family vacation. The pool faces the sun all day and it’s private . We had a minor issue with the pool in the middle of our stay,but Nick was responsive as always and it was dealt with in a timely manner . The living area is comfortable and spacious . I loved that there was a separate dining room and kitchen eating area . The a/c worked beautifully, the water was hot, and I would definitely stay here again! The only thing that could be improved would be the beds. Besides mine , the other master suite , and a room with twin beds,the beds were small . Other than that I would give it 10/10! We had a phenomenal time and we were so sad to leave .

Nick was an amazing host! He always answered promptly. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It perfectly fit our family of 8 with no problems! The amenities inside the community were perfect if you needed a chill day with something to do. Everything was clean, and you feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again.
