Nick was a great host who always responded when we had issues. The service team on the other hand didn’t follow through on Nick’s requests.
There was limited cookware in the Villa which we requested to be addressed. Nick asked his team to provide and they sourced a second large pot when there was already one inside and a set of frying pans.
What was needed was a set of smaller cooking pots which would be a requirement for future guests.
There is also a need for spare bedding and extra towels for a very large Villa like Nick’s.
Nick is a wonderful host and was a pleasure to deal with due to his positive communication. I highly recommended his Villa

Pictures don’t do justice. It’s beautiful, clean and very spacious home. It has everything you can possibly think of even a hairdryer. Also has a little gaming room in the garage great for those days that are rainy. Just make sure you have some extra playing cards. They also provide some board games and high chairs and play pens for the little ones. You might even have to bring a sweater and pants as the air works amazing in this house. It is maybe a five minute walk to the amenities in the subdivision, they have mini golfing ,slides, a workout area, volleyball, and basketball ,pickle ball. The host is very easy to work with, very attentive. Definitely reach out if you have any issues and he will address them very promptly. I am very satisfied staying here. I didn’t wanna leave. Hopefully this will help.🇨🇦🇺🇸

My family stayed here July 20–29, 2026. The gated resort with 24-hour security, water park, fitness room, pool, and hot tub were great. Disney was 30–35 minutes away and Universal 60–65 minutes. The pool technician and trash crew were excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor management. Although I paid in full through Airbnb, my name was not on the gate list, and I was denied entry three times before being allowed in. The host mostly sent automated responses, and none of the reported issues were fixed. The dryer did not work, the kitchen had grease, ceiling stains, and roaches at night, there were too few pots and utensils for a large group, the downstairs toilet frequently clogged, the flooring had numerous burn marks, and the gas grill leaked propane. Great resort, but the lack of communication, maintenance, and follow-through made this stay disappointing.

The property itself was great and my family and I enjoyed the stay. Property was clean; however, some dust was found along corner walls and there were 2 bug sitings--no, not bed bugs. The worst thing is paying for the heat for pool/ hot tube. We will stay again and just know to be prepared to pay for heat in hot tube.
