All of the ensuite bathrooms feature modern, high-end finishes and offer a spa-like experience throughout your stay. Beautifully tiled and featuring double vanities, you can take your pick from enormous walk-in showers and luxurious soaking tubs. There are two full bathrooms to cater to the rest of the household. one with a spacious standing shower and the other with a stylish bathtub/shower combo. Living Area: Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family! Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in our pool. We do have a beautiful, furnished private patio ready for your use! Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando. Facilities: ChampionsGate is a luxury gated community at few minutes drive from Disney World. At the community you'll find even more amenities, including a giant pool, fitness center, beach volleyball, lazy river, game room, and incredible poolside facilities with great food, drinks, and entertainment. Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the community Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (5) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (2) on the street. Please note street parking is not guarantee as it is first come first served. Other things to note ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.
